La Madonna allows you to return products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within two days of receiving the shipment.
The product must not be worn or used, and the product and packaging must be in their original condition with the invoice and the tag on the item.
Please note that returns are not free due to shipping costs and bank fees.
The refund fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer, which is 90 riyals for orders within and outside Riyadh.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item at the address we provide to you. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, we will begin the process of refunding your money, either through your credit card or original payment method, within a certain time period.
We do not currently support an exchange policy, so instead you should follow all the steps of the return process, and then place a new purchase order for the replacement products.
