La Madonna allows you to return products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within two days of receiving the shipment.
Provided that the product has not been worn or used and that the product and packaging are in their original condition with the invoice and a tag on the piece.
Note that the return is not free due to shipping costs and bank fees.
The return fee will be deducted from the amount returned to the customer, amounting to 60 riyals for orders within the city of Riyadh and 90 riyals for orders outside the city of Riyadh.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send an email to you, notifying you that we have received the returned item at the address that we provide to you. We will also notify you whether or not to approve or reject the refund. If approved, we will begin the process of refunding your money, whether Via your credit card or original payment method, within a certain period of time.
We do not currently support an exchange policy, so instead you must follow all steps of the returns process and then place a new order for replacement products.
